What You'll Do

We are seeking a results focused sales professional to manage our sales efforts in the TOLA region (Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas). IronRidge sells through a distribution network and the Territory Manager is the point person between our distributors, installers, and the company.

In this role, the relationship-oriented Territory Manager will manage and direct the day-to- day execution of our sales activities with installers and our distribution partners. As a Territory Manager you are motived to develop your distribution partners by engaging installers, EPCs and others resulting in continued partner growth in your respective market.

Where You'll Be Located

We ask that our Territory Managers reside in the region that they support. For this position we can consider candidates located in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas. Because you will be expected to travel throughout your region on an ongoing basis, proximity to a major airport for ease of travel is preferred.

What We’ll Offer

We offer competitive compensation determined by each individual's relevant experience, skills, education and location. We anticipate the base salary for this position to be between $80,000 and $100,000/annually. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for our commission plan. If your desired salary falls outside of these rates, we hope you'll still apply as there may be other roles that better align.
